A technology company serving institutions in the education sector runs on hosting servers that we provide and maintain — the same kind of environment used by companies that resell hosting to many clients of their own.

Beyond the infrastructure, we handle the deeper technical layer: email configuration and migrations, incident resolution, environment management, support on operational problems and consulting on infrastructure decisions.

The client handles the basic day-to-day administration, while we hold up the technical points that need more depth and prevention.

The client had already tried several off-the-shelf financial systems, and kept running into the same problem: expensive, complex tools loaded with features that made no sense for their operation.

The need was specific and lean: track income, expenses and tax documents according to how the organisation actually works.

We built a custom financial system, designed around the way the client already worked. It has been in production for over a decade, maintained and extended as the operation requires.

A manufacturer kept project files spread across many computers and depended on a local server. That model increased the risk of data loss, made access control difficult and required maintaining physical infrastructure the client was already worried about.

We set up a private cloud to centralise the company files. Machines now reach a shared virtual drive, with permissions controlled per user and per folder, read or edit access according to each role, and automated backup.

The result reduced the dependency on the local server, centralised the files and gave the client more control over critical operational data.

Everything was tracked by hand: paper, spreadsheets and documents scattered around. Every enrolment, attendance record or workshop entry depended on someone finding the right file, and none of it could be consulted away from the office.

We built a system around the team routine, with multiple permission levels. Students, classes, workshops and paperwork are now managed daily inside the platform.

The whole process was digitised and the project can be followed from anywhere in the world, with a recorded history and access controlled by role.

A gaming community needed to turn its digital presence into an integrated operation, able to serve players, run daily routines and process transactions.

We deployed the web platform and built the backend, the player area and the admin dashboard. The system centralises accounts, characters, products and community activity.

We also set up financial reporting and controls, email automation and payment integrations. The operation now accepts more than 10 payment methods, including instant PIX transfers, traditional options and crypto assets.

Behind the scenes, purchase flows, item delivery and administration were connected into a single platform, giving the client more control over their digital operation.
